Help Build the Future of Cloud Sales — One Enterprise Account at a Time

As our Account Executive (AE), you’ll be the go-to growth engine behind some of our most important enterprise partners. Not only will you uncover new opportunities and drive sales, but you’ll also run point on strategic projects that fuel Pax8’s sales success. Think of this as your chance to blend sales artistry with operational impact — all while building powerful, lasting relationships across our ecosystem.

You won’t just be selling — you’ll be orchestrating success.

🛠️ What You’ll Be Doing Every Day

  • Drive growth in enterprise accounts by surfacing new opportunities, enabling deeper selling, and aligning to key business objectives.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales reps, vendors, and leadership to lead key initiatives across the sales floor.

  • Build and sustain meaningful relationships with partners in your territory — both virtually and face-to-face (yep, some travel involved).

  • Develop persuasive proposals and sales strategies that encourage repeat business and long-term adoption.

  • Analyze account data to identify untapped potential and work closely with leadership to expand market reach.

  • Stay sharp and informed — tracking key trends, acquisitions, and industry shifts through platforms like ChannelE2E.

  • Present product training and share knowledge with internal stakeholders like the Director of Enterprise Accounts.

🧠 What You Bring to the Table

  • 3+ years of experience in sales or account management, with a strong record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • You've done it before — and you're ready to do it again. Quota isn’t just a number for you; it’s your comfort zone.

  • Experience in the Learning Management System (LMS) space is essential.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills — you know how to move a room (or a Zoom).

  • A knack for cross-functional collaboration, with the ability to execute prioritized projects and lead the charge.

  • Comfortable navigating complexity — policies, processes, people — you’ve got it handled.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.

  • Microsoft Certification (or the ability to obtain one within 6 months — we’ve got your back).

🎯 What Success Looks Like

Within 90 Days, you’ll:

  • Be onboarded, certified, and up to speed on your territory and top enterprise accounts.

  • Build rapport with key internal stakeholders and partners.

  • Begin identifying and executing on cross-sell or standardization opportunities.

Within 120 Days, you’ll:

  • Launch a sales initiative or lead a key project with internal tools or vendor engagement.

  • Deliver a fully built sales strategy for at least 5 of your top accounts.

  • Present product knowledge or training to leadership or enterprise peers.

By 6–12 Months, you’ll:

  • Consistently hit or exceed your sales targets with key enterprise partners.

  • Lead multiple initiatives that have improved the effectiveness of the sales department.

  • Be seen as the internal “go-to” for strategic execution within your region.

Compensation: Qualified candidates can expect a base salary of $78,829.00 with On Target Earnings (including commissions) of $121,275.00
