Assistant Dietary Director Job Qualifications:

• High school diploma
• Management in the food industry
• Healthcare experience preffered

Assistant Dietary Director Job Duties:

• Supervising and managing the dietary department and staff

• Working closely with the dietary director to assist with anything needed in the dietary department

• Follow state and federal guidelines

• Follow facility policies and procedures
