Front of House Manager / Assistant Manager

Crave BV is seeking a highly motivated involved person to join our management team. We are the newest, full-service, full-bar restaurant in Buena Vista, CO. This position will be in charge of the entire front of house operations when Owner or GM is not there and in charge of both FOH as well as BOH when the Owner and/or Kitchen Manager is not there.

• The ideal candidate is passionate knowledgeable about service- no faking it

• Highly motivated coach/mentor to help other staff develop, succeed grow
• This person is expected to be self-motivated to learn and grow within the restaurant service industry
• Is willing to step outside their comfort zone, learn new things
• Understands leadership from the bottom up, putting people first and building 'ownership' from staff
• Has a service-first mentality Won't compromise their morals belief system

Requirements:

• Serve-safe Manager certified (or willing to get within 6 months)
• Knowledge of food food trends (or willing to learn fast)
• TIPS certified (or willing to get within 6 months)
• Knowledge of bartending / alcohol drinks
• Willing to train learn how the kitchen operates
• Willing to read work on leadership/management development courses
• Working a share of openings / closings / evenings / weekends / holidays with the management team
• Take part in weekly management meetings take on special projects / assignments
