What You’ll Do
- Repair and replace damaged panels, frames, and structural components
- Perform metal work, welding, and panel alignment
- Prep vehicles for paint and refinishing
- Work with estimators and parts to keep jobs moving
- Follow OEM repair procedures — no shortcuts
- Make sure every vehicle leaves right — not “close enough”
What We’re Looking For
- Solid body tech experience
- Can run a job from teardown to handoff
- Doesn’t need babysitting
- Takes ownership and pride in their work
- Shows up ready to work — every day
Bonus points if you have:
- I-CAR / ASE certifications
- Frame experience
- Welding skills
