You will engage with clients to understand their needs, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience with our products and services. Qualifications

- Passion for pet care and animal husbandry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with pet owners and team members.
- Basic computer skills for documenting patient information.

Duties

• Answer client phone calls
• Schedule appointments
• Greet clients and pets
• Get payment from clients
• Manage fax/email
• End of day/money handling
• Assist other team members where needed

Skills

• Strong experience in Customer Service, with a focus on building lasting relationships with clients.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely.
• Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and customer feedback for continuous improvement.
• Experience in financial services is a plus but not required.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organizational skills.
