Location: Salida, CO.

Job Description:

The Commercial Appraiser performs a variety of analytical and technical duties to ensure the accuracy and consistency of department records and activities. Primary tasks are to evaluate and inspect commercial properties for tax assessment purposes, conduct analysis of market data and prepare valuation reports and respond to property owner inquiries. Requires ability to perform tasks in the field and in the office and to operate a motor vehicle. 

This is a full time nonexempt position with a wage range of $21.31 to $26.10, DOE.
