What you bring

  • Extensive experience advising on complex commercial and technology agreements, particularly within cloud and software ecosystems.
  • Demonstrated success operating both in private practice and in‑house at a technology‑driven organization.
  • Proven leadership in building scalable legal processes, templates, and playbooks that support growth.
  • Strong commercial judgment with the ability to balance legal risk against business opportunity in an AI‑native context.
  • Working knowledge of intellectual property, open‑source licensing, software distribution, and evolving AI, cybersecurity, and data privacy considerations.
  • Exceptional communication skills and a collaborative approach that earns trust across senior leadership and cross‑functional teams.
  • Hands‑on comfort with AI‑powered tools, modern productivity platforms, and CRM systems.

💼 Compensation

Qualified candidates can expect a compensation range of:
💰 $185,000 – $195,000 or more, depending on experience.

🔍 Background checks

As part of our hiring process, we are required to undertake pre-employment checks on all candidates that are successful in their application with Pax8. As part of these checks Pax8 will request ID verification, reference requests and qualification checks (additional checks may be completed for certain countries, such as criminal and financial).
