Job Description
Tradesman II are advanced laborers who know the skills required for general construction tasks. Tradesmen II are proficient in most aspects of construction while utilizing the equipment necessary to complete the construction tasks. They should be able to lead a small team to complete various tasks while fulfilling the quality and safety standards set forth by the company. Tradesman II will communicate with vendors and customers on occasion to relay the goals and needs of the project, so they must be personable, polite, and show leadership qualities. Tradesman II is a step behind project foreman and/or project manager. Tradesman II should aspire to the qualities of project manager/foreman if advancement is desired.
