Job Type: Part time, Hourly

Wage: $15-$17/hr. 

Location: Salida, CO.

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills and have a passion for helping others.

Duties

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products and services to assist customers effectively.
  • Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions or products.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions through data entry into our systems.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and improve overall service quality.
  • Communicate clearly with customers, ensuring they feel valued and understood.
  • Handle sales inquiries and promote products when appropriate to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Support multilingual customers by providing assistance in Spanish or other languages as needed.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a customer service or call center environment is preferred.
  • Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell when necessary.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish or other languages is a plus.
  • Ability to analyze situations quickly and make informed decisions.
  • Proficient in data entry and comfortable using various computer systems to manage customer information.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure while handling challenging customer interactions.
