Job: Day Services Direct Support Professional

We’re looking for enthusiastic, compassionate individuals to support people with intellectual and developmental disabilities in engaging with their community and developing life skills. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who enjoys building connections, encouraging others, and having fun while making a difference.

Shifts Available:

• Various shifts including Weekend or evening events based on participant interests.

What You’ll Do:

• Support individuals one-on-one or in small groups to participate in meaningful community activities
• Help individuals volunteer at local organizations, attend public events, and develop relationships in the community
• Encourage independence, personal growth, and confidence
• Provide transportation to and from activities
• Assist with personal care and daily living skills, as needed
• Document participation and progress toward individual goals
• Be a positive role model and advocate for inclusion and respect

  Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
• Reliable transportation and willingness to drive
• Ability to pass background checks and complete required training
• Outgoing, dependable, and passionate about community inclusion
• Prior experience is a plus, but not required—we provide training!
