Job Description
Join our professional team of seasoned raft guides and enjoy a supportive culture that prioritizes guiding skill, safety, guest service, teamwork and mutual respect. Our focus is on providing great, not just good trips. We only hire experienced guides, no rookies here. Great equipment and facility which includes lodge and cafe. Perks include free employee campground and a significant end of season bonus for full time employees.
We operate on a few different rivers, but primarily the Upper Arkansas in Buena Vista, CO.
Pay starts at a daily wage of $150 and higher depending on experience. Tips reflect that we are a top quality outfitter.
