Job Description:

Busy, fast-paced coffee shop seeks year round kitchen prep employee. Duties to include baking pastries, breads, cooking of all ingredients and preparing food. Must be dependable, trustworthy and productive.

Duties
- Follow recipes and portion guidelines accurately to ensure consistency
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen
- Handle food safely and adhere to food safety guidelines

Requirements
- Previous experience in a food service or restaurant setting is preferred
- Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and food preparation skills
- Ability to work efficiently and communicate well in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Familiarity with food handling procedures and sanitation standards

-Light maintenance and some additional cleaning required
