Wage: $16-$18/hr.

Location: Buena Vista, CO.

Job Description:

Job Purpose: To be the smiling faces and helpful voices of AAE!!! Providing a positive, helpful, and courteous experience for all AAE guests all while adhering to the mission statement of American Adventure Expeditions: To build connection through hospitality focused outdoor adventures! 

Key Responsibilities (in order of priority): 

1. Maintaining a positive attitude that exemplifies excellent customer service at all times.
2. Answering phones and booking reservations
3. Assisting AAE guests in the check-in process.
4. Timely replies to all information and brochure requests.
5. Organizing and cleaning of the office retail area, including guest restrooms.
6. Maintenance of property including trash removal, watering flowers, etc.
7. Stocking and organizing retail merchandise and food in retail area.
8. Maintaining an accurate customer database within the on-line reservation system by entering information from rafters’ waivers.
9. Preparation and packing of all lunches and additional meals.
10. Complete all daily cash and duty reports.
11. Performing weekly inventory reports.

Pay Information: This is a full time seasonal position from May 1st through Labor Day weekend that starts at $16.00 / hour, but each employee will be paid based on their previous experience and performance.
