Job Description
Kids Klub is hiring a Site Assistant. This is a part-time, seasonal position. Kids Klub is open from 6:45 am to 8:00 am and 2:45 pm to 6:00 pm on school days, 6:45 am to 6:00 pm on no school Fridays and Monday through Friday during the summer from 6:45 am-6:00 pm. Hours vary, there is a possibility of 20-30 hours per week during the school year and up to 40-hours per week in the summer.
Duties:
Work with and care for children ages 5-12. Ensure the safety of the children, while also having fun. Responsible for snack time, arts and crafts, play time, and games. Accompany children on field trip Fridays. Must love working with children.
Requirements:
Must be 18 years of age with demonstrated maturity of judgement, administrative ability, and the skill to exercise appropriate supervision and direction to school-age children in an unstructured setting. Background check and fingerprint check is required. Must be willing to complete mandatory paid training of 40-65 hours, which can be a combination of online and at site. All training fees are paid by the District.
Pay:
$16.00 per hour
