Wage: $17.79-$24/hr.

Location: Poncha Springs, CO.

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Lot Porter/Detailer to join our team. The Lot Porter/Detailer plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facility by managing vehicle movement and providing excellent guest services. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Duties

• Safely park and retrieve vehicles for customers, ensuring proper handling of each vehicle.
• Assist with RV parking services as needed, providing guests with a seamless experience.
• Conduct regular inspections of the lot to ensure cleanliness and organization.
• Communicate effectively with team members and guests to provide information and assistance.
• Retrieve RV's on lot for Flat Rate technicians in a timely and efficient manner
• Keep lot tidy including: Remove weeds, Repair Fence Damage, Keep RV's lined up accordingly, Building Maintenance & Lot Maintenance.
• Responsible for machinery maintenance: Keep shop trucks, fork lifts, skid steers in a tidy shape including: new tires, scheduling oil changes, cleaning vehicles, etc.

Detail Duties:

- Clean customer and lot RV's as needed on the exterior/interior

- Building cleaning/maintenance

- Apply exterior treatment sprays on RV's as needed

- Remove trash from each department

Requirements

• Strong communication skills to interact positively with customers and team members.
• Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Must be detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends as needed.
