Job Description

The Faricy Boys Automotive is hiring an entry level technician to work in our repair shop completing light maintenance. This includes oil changes, filter changes, tire rotations and the ability to up-sell other services. This is a great position for someone just starting in the automotive business and wanting to move their way up in the shop. The ability to work independently, knowledge and understanding of vehicles, and prior automotive experience a plus. Tools are provided. A clean driving record, drug screen and background check are required.

Responsibilities:

• Recommend additional maintenance and repair items only to the level of a properly maintained vehicle.
• Properly complete the services and/or repairs for which the Technician is trained as assigned by management or their designated representative.
• Complete work efficiently so the inspection is completed within 10 minutes of arrival of customer and vehicle is ready for return to owner within 30 minutes of arriving at the dealership.
• Complete all work according to the applicable safety requirements and published procedures.
