This job will keep you moving! The position is a full or part time seasonal job starting mid- to late-April extending through August to September. Applicants should be self-directed and hard workers.

Maintain company grounds and facilities by performing the following duties…

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following and other duties may be assigned:

• Clean and maintain restroom and changing room facilities
• Empty trash cans and dispose of trash
• Clean ovens, grills, stoves, and fire pits with shovels, brushes, scrapers and chemical solutions
• Clean floors, walls and ceilings with power washer, mops and other equipment
• Clean, parking areas, and dumpster areas
• Clean vehicles with vacuum, chemicals, and power washer
• Cut lawns by operating a mower and cordless trimmer
• Trim edges, and weeds around walks, and flower beds
• Rake and distribute gravel
• Clean grounds and remove litter
• Water lawns, shrubs, and trees
• Some landscape plant knowledge
• Direct traffic during busy days
