As part of the nutrition staff, your role is crucial to ensuring the smooth operation of our dining services. Your attention to detail and dedication to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness will be instrumental in supporting our team.
Key Responsibilities
Perform daily clean-up to include sweeping, mopping, wiping down counters, carts, cleaning sinks, and washing dishes.
Be able to work at a moderately quick pace.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area.
Assist with basic food preparation and service as needed.
Assists with cleaning & dishwashing during service breaks.
Perform assigned responsibilities quickly in order to assist in other kitchen tasks when needed.
Follow all health and safety regulations strictly.
REQUIREMENTS
Possess a standard knowledge of kitchen operation.
Possess knowledge of chemical cleaners and their proper usage.
Possess knowledge of common health safety procedures.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
