Wage: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Location: Buena Vista 

Position Overview:

We are looking for friendly, guest service-oriented individuals with excellent customer service skills. The candidate should have a positive attitude and enjoy interacting with guests from around the world. The job requires an outgoing personality, good organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication skills. In addition, strong computer and phone skills are necessary. We will train the right candidate and provide knowledge of the rafting industry, the different trips that we offer, and activities in the surrounding area. Staff members are invited and encouraged to get out on the river on their days off, and we offer discounts to friends and family on a space available basis.

Job Duties Include:

• Strong Team Player
• Excellent Customer Service Skills
• Phone reservations Guiding customers to the proper trip at the correct office Retail Stocking/maintenance Customer Check-In and Welcome Information Computer Reservations 

Performance Tours, Inc. is one of Colorado’s most established and trusted outfitters. We accept applications year-round for summer positions (May – early September). We start conducting interviews for guide positions, office positions, and driving positions in March. Our river guide certification program for new guides runs for weeks in May, where upon successful completion you are certified to guide commercially in Colorado.
