The Role
As a Partner Success Manager (PSM), you’ll be the trusted advisor for our top Voyager Alliance Members, ensuring they get maximum value from their relationship with Pax8. Your mission is to strengthen long-term partnerships, drive satisfaction, and reduce churn by identifying challenges early and solving them proactively.
This is not a quota-driven sales role or reactive support position. Instead, you’ll focus on building strategic relationships, enabling predictable outcomes, and making the partner voice central to our go-to-market strategy.
What You’ll Do
What You Bring
- 3+ years in Partner Success, Customer Success, Account Management, or similar roles in SaaS, cloud, or channel environments.
- Strong understanding of the Managed Service Provider business model.
- Proven ability to build strategic relationships and work cross-functionally.
- Data-driven mindset with experience interpreting partner health metrics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Compensation:
- Qualified candidates can expect a compensation range of $70,000/yr to $100,000/yr depending on experience.
