Job Description:
Lake County Public Health Agency (LCPHA), an EOE employer, seeks a part-time Public Health Nurse. This person will provide a variety of public health nursing services including assessments and education to ensure the health and welfare of Lake County families and communities. The schedule is part time and flexible with a preferred 8 hour weekly commitment at the minimum. This person will provide nursing services to support the immunization program, blood lead program, family planning program, and general clinical needs of Lake County Public Health Agency. This is a hands-on position with a lot of client interaction. This position will report to the Director and Deputy Director of Lake County Public Health and Environment. This position pays a competitive salary, depending upon experience. This position is funded by Lake County, State of Colorado, and Federal funds. If the funding is reduced or discontinued, this position may be reduced or discontinued.
