Location: Canon City, CO.

Job Description

The park is open year round and staff is needed for all seasons. Customer service skills, standing, pulling, pushing, lifting and walking required. Must be 18 or older. Work the fun rides like Skycoaster, ZipRider, Gondolas, and Carousel. Flexible schedules, 32-40 hours per week.

Ride Operators will be cross-trained on the rides in the park. Ride operators are expected to maintain the day to day activities of the ride insuring a safe, smooth, hospitable and efficient operation for guests. Operators may be working at elevated heights.

Essential functions (not an all inclusive list):

• Insure safe operation of the ride by following approved procedures;
• Providing customer service for all guests;
• Must be 18 years of age;
• Able to work weekends and holidays;
• Must be able to work outdoors, push, pull, lift, and stand for long periods of time;
• If a ride is an extra pay feature, ability to run a cash register;
• Ability to instruct guests, secure harnesses and equipment where applicable;
• Pass a background and drug screen;
• Some ride operator positions will require a Drivers License with a good record.
• Will include being trained for the Via Ferrata.
