GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Supports the Elementary School Principal and staff.

General office management skills
Support of staff and students with daily needs
Manage reporting and records for students registration and withdrawals. including student transcripts and cumulative files
Assist Counselor with student scheduling, grades, and transcript requests
Organize student registration
Prepare correspondence, communication with parents, teachers and the community
Manage Elementary School website and parent/community messaging apps.
Manage and oversee substitute assignments and scheduling
Process orders for office and classroom supplies
Manage grade reporting periods, including: scheduling reporting periods, preparing computer system for teachers to post grades, and printing of student report cards
Assist database manager in completion and accuracy of state reports
Basic office work and other duties as required
Expected experience/knowledge/ability:
Ability to efficiently use a variety of computer and technology systems, data entry, and record transfers programs (Google Suite, Microsoft Suite, Infinite Campus and other databases)
Solid verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work with staff, parents, students, administrators, and community members
Ability to maintain and respect confidentiality
Ability to multi-task while supporting a busy elementary school environment
Be detail oriented and have strong organizational skills
Be people focused, flexible and friendly
