Job Description:

We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to lead our brand’s online presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of digital marketing, content creation, and social media management tools. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape our brand identity, engage with audiences, and drive growth through innovative social media strategies. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing compelling content, analyzing performance metrics, and maintaining positive relationships with our online community. Candidates should have experience with SEO, graphic design, and digital advertising to effectively elevate our brand visibility.

Duties

  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Create engaging content creation including graphics, videos, and written posts using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and video editing tools.
  • Manage daily posting schedules across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others using applications like Hootsuite or Buffer.
  • Conduct social listening to monitor brand reputation and industry trends; respond promptly to comments and messages to foster community engagement.
  • Optimize content for SEO, utilizing keyword research and web analytics tools like Google Analytics and Web analytics to track performance.
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns including Facebook Advertising, ensuring targeted outreach and ROI maximization.
  • Oversee public relations efforts by coordinating with media outlets and influencers to enhance brand awareness.
  • Perform brand management activities that support consistent messaging across all digital channels.
  • Track campaign performance metrics and generate reports to inform future strategies using analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of social media trends, platform updates, and best practices in digital marketing.

Experience

  • Proven experience in social media management, preferably within a marketing or branding agency or corporate environment.
  • Strong skills in graphic design, with proficiency in Adobe PhotoshopAdobe Illustrator, and video editing software.
  • Familiarity with social media management tools like Hootsuite or Buffer, along with experience managing multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and web analytics to optimize content reach and engagement.
  • Experience running targeted advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager.
  • Ability to craft compelling content tailored for different audiences while maintaining consistent branding standards.
  • Excellent proofreading skills with an eye for detail in all published materials.
  • Strong relationship management skills to build rapport with followers, influencers, media contacts, and internal teams.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce platforms is a plus for brands integrating social media with online sales channels.
