Job Description
Job Type: Part time, Hourly
Wage: $24-$30/hr.
Location: Canon City, CO.
Job Description:
As Main Street Dental & Implants has grown, we have helped open two additional businesses:
• Main Street Dental & Implants focuses on adult, cosmetic, restorative, and implant dentistry. Our services include dental implants, crowns and bridges, smile restoration, clear aligners, sedation dentistry, and an in-house dental laboratory.
• Miss Me Aesthetics is co-owned by Melissa Baumann and me. It provides personalized skincare and aesthetic services, including facials, lash services, waxing, massage, and other treatments intended to help clients feel confident and cared for.
• Elevate Health & Wellness is co-owned by Kendra Decker and me. It is a relationship-based medical and wellness clinic focused on overall health, preventive care, direct primary care, chronic-condition management, hormone and weight-management services, and helping patients take a more active role in their health.
Although the three businesses are connected, they serve different audiences and must maintain distinct voices. We are not looking for someone who will simply copy the same generic material across three social-media accounts.
We are seeking a paid, part-time Social Media Content Creator and Marketing Coordinator to support all three businesses. We anticipate approximately 10–20 hours of work per week, with most of that time spent onsite at our Cañon City offices.
This is not intended to be a remote-only posting or scheduling position. The heart of the role is gathering authentic content in person. The individual must be willing to meet regularly with the owners, leadership team, and staff; learn what is happening inside each business; and interact professionally with staff members, patients, and clients who have consented to participate.
The work would include:
• Developing and maintaining an organized content calendar for all three brands.
• Meeting with owners, leadership, and staff to identify educational topics, stories, services, promotions, and upcoming events.
• Photographing staff, facilities, services, events, products, and appropriately authorized patients or clients.
• Capturing and editing short-form video, interviews, testimonials, educational clips, and behind-the-scenes content.
• Writing captions, calls to action, scripts, headlines, and basic campaign copy.
• Scheduling and publishing content consistently across agreed social-media platforms.
• Organizing raw photography, video, edited files, releases, and reusable brand assets.
• Following strict patient and client privacy, consent, and written-release procedures.
• Reviewing performance based on inquiries, consultations, booked appointments, lead sources, and other business results—not merely followers or likes.
Strong photography, video, and editing skills are essential.
Candidates should be comfortable with lighting, sound, composition, short-form vertical video, and directing people who may not be accustomed to appearing on camera.
Experience with lead funnels is an important bonus but is not required. Ideally, the individual will understand how content or an advertisement connects to a landing page or form, how the resulting contact is placed into an organized list or CRM, and how that lead is assigned to a staff member for timely follow-up.
The content creator would not necessarily make those follow-up calls.
However, we want a system in which the complete path can be tracked:
Content or advertisement → landing page or form → contact list or CRM → assigned staff member → phone or text follow-up → consultation or appointment.
That portion can be taught to someone who is exceptionally strong in content creation, organized, and interested in learning.
Candidates should also have practical knowledge of how artificial intelligence is being used in modern advertising. This may include research, idea development, scripting, content repurposing, advertising variations, analytics, and workflow improvement. AI should support authentic original content—not replace it, expose private information, or introduce inaccurate dental or medical claims.
The strongest candidate will be reliable, organized, self-directed, comfortable working with executives and busy staff members, and capable of turning everyday conversations and activity into useful stories. Candidates should be prepared to provide a portfolio and explain which portions of each project they personally photographed, filmed, edited, wrote, or managed.
Compensation is $24–$30 per hour, depending on experience, portfolio quality, and additional abilities involving advertising, lead funnels, analytics, and AI-assisted marketing.
We intend to make a hiring decision by Tuesday, September 8, 2026, and are reviewing potential candidates immediately. Finding the right person remains more important than simply filling the position quickly.
Interested candidates should email me directly at
drjakebeus@gmail.com. Email is my preferred method of contact. They should include their name, location, onsite availability, and links to two or three relevant work samples. A résumé is welcome, but a strong and clearly explained portfolio is more important.
