Job Description:
We offer flexible work schedules, ranging from 20-40 hours per week, the opportunity to earn paid vacation time and overtime in the first few months of employment, and we work with school schedules. Most opportunities provide for a six-month season, and, in some instances, up to 9 months.
Sports Facilities for the City of Grand Junction focuses on the maintenance of the Lincoln Park Sports Complex, Canyon View regional sports park, Columbine and Kronkright fields. Our facilities play host to 4 valley high schools, Colorado Mesa University, the National Junior College World Series, and the Grand Junction Jackelopes. What You’ll Do:
This position is a safety sensitive position, which means you will be subject to random drug screens due to the nature of the work performed.
What We’re Looking For:
Must be 18 years or older.
Applicants must be able to successfully pass a drug screen, background check, and, if required for the specific position, a physical examination.
Ability to maintain a great work ethic while working outside all day.
