Wage: $65/half day, $130/day

Location: Buena Vista, CO.

Job Description:

Under the direct supervision of the building Principal, on short notice to be called on to provide support to the District by substituting for staff in a paraprofessional position. To work effectively with instructional teachers fulfilling daily tasks and routines.
 
ESSENTIAL DUTIES

• Duties would include clerical tasks and providing support for teachers and students.
• Acquaints self with and adheres to the policies and procedures as established by the Board of Education and Administration in written or verbal form.
• Takes all necessary and reasonable precautions to protect students, equipment, materials, and facilities.
• Maintains a professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Maintains a professional and positive rapport with parents/co-workers/administration/public.
• Lunch and recess duty as needed 
  Other duties may be assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform essential duties satisfactorily.  
  
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to solve practical problems.  Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.   

Compensation:  $130/day - full day
                             $65/day - half day
