Wage: $17.50-$20.50/hr. 

Location: Canon City, CO.

Contact: May fill out application at the Main Office 1718 Brookside 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday-Thursday

Hours: 40 per week with benefits

Position Description:

Work directly with a classroom of 15-17 children, ages 3-5 years old, adhering to all required regulations and program standards.

Requirements:

Preferred BA degree in Early Childhood. AA degree in Early Childhood accepted if willing to pursue a BA degree in Early Childhood or related field. Working knowledge of Head Start Performance Standards, Creative Curriculum, Teaching Strategies GOLD Assessment, CACFP Food Service guidelines, and Colorado Early Learning and Development Guidelines. Ability to supervise a teacher assistant and classroom volunteers.
