We are looking for a dependable, skilled Used Car Technician to join our dealership service team. The ideal candidate will have experience inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing used vehicles to ensure they are safe, reliable, and ready for resale.

Pay range Depending on Experience - $22.00 - $30.00

Responsibilities

• Perform multi-point inspections on used vehicles.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and drivability issues.
• Perform routine maintenance, including oil changes, brakes, tires, and fluid services.
• Repair and replace defective vehicle components as needed.
• Identify reconditioning needs to prepare vehicles for resale.
• Use diagnostic scanners and automotive tools to troubleshoot problems.
• Ensure all work meets dealership quality and safety standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Communicate repair needs and recommendations to the service manager.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive repair experience preferred.
• Experience working on used vehicles or dealership reconditioning is a plus.
• Knowledge of automotive systems, diagnostics, brakes, suspension, and engines.
• Ability to use automotive diagnostic equipment and hand tools.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

ASE certifications and dealership experience are a plus but are not required for the right candidate.
